DELIVERY COSTS. We've kept these very simple and we think you'll find them cheaper than many sites. For UK deliveries there is a flat rate £4.95 charge (unless you spend £50 or more, in which case we waive the delivery charge entirely). For overseas deliveries please contact us for a specific cost.

DELIVERY METHOD. Deliveries are mostly made by a home delivery courier, between the hours of 9am and 5pm. The carrier will require a signature for the goods, so if there will be no one at home please have the delivery made to an 'occupied' building (eg a neighbour or your place of work).

DELIVERY TIME. We aim for you to receive your order within 4 working days of placing it on the Web site. If you haven't received it in this time please contact us.

RETURNS. We're confident you will be happy with the quality of your purchases from us. However, if you do wish to cancel your purchase you can do so, provided you let us know in writing within 10 days of receiving the goods. For more details see our shipping and returns policy.

Secure online credit card payments are processed through Netbanx's secure server and can be made for any purchase on the Web site.

We accept payments from the following major credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, JCB, Maestro (UK Only) and Solo (UK only) please note there is a minimum order value of £6 for all orders (not including P&P).
